Carly Crutchfield was born in Sydney, Australia on 13 March 1981. Before the age of 10 Carly had started her first “business” cleaning and ironing for neighbours and residents in her street. At the age of 12 Carly was ahead in school by 2 years but still found she was bored and unchallenged so she left school and the following year moved to Los Angeles, California where she lived with her God Mother and got involved in the Arts including film, photography and painting. Over the next couple of years Carly lived between LA and Sydney working in various organizations and experiencing some amazing adventures!
At the age of 16 Carly’s interest in Entrepreneurialism and Investing was re-ignited after finding a book her dad had left lying out. Though Carly left school so young, she never stopped educating herself and learning from successful mentors. To date Carly has read countless books and attended hundreds of seminars to further her knowledge and skills in all facets of property, business and personal development. When Carly was still a teen she left her job with an investment company and started what would be the first of many (official!) businesses.
After selling this business Carly went on to structure form and build more successful businesses in the fields of accounting, investment education, property investment, property development and superannuation. In this time Carly has been involved in educating more than ten thousand Australians on the subject of wealth creation and property investment. Carly Crutchfield has also been involved in more than 343 property transactions including retail and wholesale property investment, property options, and development properties. One of the key and driving forces behind Carly’s entrepreneurialism and success is her passion for philanthropy which she has been and continues to be actively involved with ever since her mother introduced her to the concept as a young child.
Carly is now the Director and founder of C CORP Pty Ltd (a property investment and education firm) she also has interests in various other companies and continues to invest in and develop property personally. For Carly to have achieved all this by the age of 26, she has had to think outside the box and do things a little differently. These personal experiences have given her an in-depth understanding of the property market allowing her to view it from the inside out and have an understanding of what is happening today on many different levels of the industry.
Carly now enjoys speaking publicly and has a passion for helping other’s by way of sharing her knowledge, experience and successes which have resulted in exciting and refreshing strategies.
